1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using n8n Manager ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
n8n Manager provides managed self-hosting services for n8n workflow automation software. We help you deploy, maintain, and manage n8n instances on your own servers (VPS, cloud instances, or dedicated servers).
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3.2 Server Access
By providing us with server credentials, you grant us permission to access and manage your server for the purpose of deploying and maintaining n8n. You confirm that you have the authority to grant such access.
3.3 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Distribute malware or engage in malicious activities
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
4. Service Level Agreement
We strive to maintain high availability of our management services. Specific uptime guarantees depend on your subscription plan:
- Starter: 99.5% uptime SLA
- Pro: 99.9% uptime SLA
- Enterprise: 99.99% uptime SLA with custom terms
Note: These SLAs apply to our management platform, not to your individual servers, which are under your control.
5. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data stored on your servers. We do not claim any ownership rights to your workflows, credentials, or any other data processed by your n8n instances.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, n8n Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your n8n instances will continue to run on your servers, but you will no longer receive management services from us.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
